![]() ![]() Michelle & family now lives with their 4 dogs, a 12 year old Boxer- Sugar Ray, 6 Year Old Bull Terrier- Olive, 2 year Old Xolo -Gatsby, and Border Collie puppy, Birmingham. Over the years, we have added to our canine family through and over and over again we have helped dogs come out of their shells, become more obedient and happier. Michelle’s journey into training happened when she adopted our dog, Braxton. Army Captain, who grew up here and is ready to give back to this Northeast Heights community. As a busy mom herself she pulls from her own personal experience as well as her extensive educational background. The veteran is Michelle (nee Racicot) Peacock, U.S. Allowing her to share not only her love of dogs, but children and helping foster positive relationships between babies, toddlers and pets. Michelle is also a proud licensed educator for the Family Paws Parent Education. Michelle has formal education in psychology, advanced behaviour modification, teaching strategies, positive systems approach, ethology, animal behaviour and welfare, anatomy and physiology, pedagogy, training methods, and applied behavioural analysis. Our methods are firmly based in science and are used and developed by the world’s leading dog trainers and veterinary behaviourist. Even the most stubborn of dogs respond to our methods! We use methods that motivate the dog to learn, and we never use fear or pain to accomplish our goals.
